Called to speak to Margaret who is my elderly mother. I asked who was calling, From the times was the reply and they advised Mum had said she reads this in a survey - this is rubbish,!! She then asked if Mum was poorly and was I looking after her? I said yes and not to call back. Still don t know what she wanted

With the sounds of a call centre in the background a lady with a foreign accent said "Hello". I didn't speak (I never respond to call centre calls) and after saying "Hello" a couple of times more she hung up.
