Taken £9.99 from my account without authorisation, and when I ve called this number they are refusing to refund this amount back to me. Even if authorised, this request was well within the 14 days cooling off period for a full refund and cancellation. Highly illegal practice. Also this number is premium rate and has added another £20-£30 per phone call to my bill. Money I already cannot afford. Thieves and scammers
