SCAM, they threaten you saying they'll delete your national insurance number and to press 1 to talk to the police. It's very clearly a scam, don't take it!

Was called on work phone and asked to participate in survey. As not catching it the first time, I repeatedly asked the girl who she was working for, but she only repeated her own name. Very likely she said David Knox.

Was silent called by this number. Called them back and the voice said Hello Customer Service , when asked which company s CS dept it was he put the phone down

I answered the phone within 2 rings. Woman advised me of legal action being taken against me and told me to press 1. I did not, put the phone down and have blocked the caller.
this caller is a scam artist. Gives the impression somebody has got access to your bank details by giving you your sort code (can only be 1 of around 9 things depending who you bank with) and the first 4 digits of your card number (again can only be one of so many things (3 or 4 possibilities))
