This is a charity based in South Lanarkshire, Scotland which helps unemployed people in the area into employment. They will only contact you if you have registered with them.
SCAM calls with voicemail explaining I have 48 hours before my internet is cut off.

Automated call claimed to be from NatWest bank about unusual transactions on an account. Knew my name and wanted me to press any number to get help. I closed my NatWest accounts over 10 years ago!

Automated call claimed from bank. Stated that an amount of money had been paid to Amazon and a bank transfer had been made totalling £1700. Checked with bank, not them. Had another call last week re the same issues. If you get this type of call hang up and check you bank. DO NOT PRESS ANY NUMBERS TO SPEAK TO ANYONE.
SMS from +44 7410386287 "Hermes: Hi there, we tried to deliver your parcel but was unsuccessful. Please visir https;//confirmparcel-delivery.com for more information" I'm not expecting a parcel, I've had no emails about upcoming deliveries, it doesn't use my name, and the link looks suspect. (Also, correct wording would be "we tried to deliver... but were unsuccessful") I'm assuming this is a scam SMS.
