These are scammers claiming to be from O2 asking for you to update your payment details.

They called me 3 times a day for a month before I finally decided to answer the phone. I was very polite when they started telling me how they were not trying to lend me money, however they WERE offering a great rate on loans (uuummm???) so I managed to interrupt the lady and said that I was perfectly fine financially and had no need for a loan, and that my phone number must have been sold to them without my permission.
