Although we have call preference service, still received this cold call about replacement windows.
Silent call
There was silence for about 5 seconds then a recorded female voice said "goodbye". At the very least they are timewasters but I suspect it's an automatic dialling system seeing if the phone is answered. I said nothing during the call.
Indian accent I apologised that I couldn't understand him, but also heard Sky broadband speed - I have made no complaint. he hung up the phone. Will block the caller.
