PPI.. I went along with it and said I wanted to make a claim (this was to get them to identify themselves so I could harrass them as they have me), they asked for all my and claims details, I asked for their name and address but they declined to identify themselves unless I gave them my information first. Obviously they have somethibng to hide.

Scam and con men/women. Claiming to offer double glazing and other government funded home improvements of which they are not entitled to or a bonefidle company. Highly rude, sales driven, aggressive staff on the phone all on commission will say anything for you to have the surveyor not really its a sales guy who will turn up and pressure and force vulnerable people to buy their services. They they get a local to fit the windows (at half the price). Plus they ring people on tenancies ie who pay rent. Joke of

The caller has rung twice in the last week and left a voicemail each time. She says it s courtesy call from Lloyds TSB (happens to be one of my banks) and asks me to call back on this number, 01923 229291. If banks choose to encourage their customers to use online banking and NOT their branches, what makes them think their customers will ring back and ask for someone they ve never heard of and who doesn t give their job title?
