I called the number back got through to a recorded voicemail advising it was not a sales call, it was a market researcher working on behalf of EE - I am an EE customer so seems legit.

Silent call today 23-1-21. To our knowledge we have not been called by this number whilst others have called. Our standard response is not to talk and put the phone down.
My TRUECALL call blocker took this call so my phone did not ring. Does anyone know the owner of this number?
