This was a call from Adam at a 'management claims company'. Don't know any more as I hung up....
Nuisance call
I have seen comments related to other numbers from a company calling themselves Energy Resource. I have myself previously received calls from another number but from tyne same company with the same Scottish accented voice on the end of the line. This is a new number but with the same tactic of purporting to be a marketing company investigating whether you are eligible for upgrades to your heating system but of course they are actually trying to sell you those upgrades. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19922824xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, PPI, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Thanks goodness for this website. I did not even play the message just googled the number. Some poor vulnerable person is going to get caught up in this scam. I truly hope these people are brought to justice.
