Calling to insist I could get free insulation even though I told him we just recently had it done for free. Annoying Indian who could not speak English very well at all and addressed me with just my surname, no Mr! I am also on Telephone Preference Service.

SCAM It's an automated call pretending to be from "BT Internet Department" saying internet will but cut off in 24 hours.
The woman explained she know I was in car accident answered she s wrong and she hang. Can not recall the name of the company she provided at the beginning of the conversation.
Claim its about HMRC fraud.wanted me to press 1. nI hung up.
SCAM automated pretending to be amazon and they said £300 had been taken from my account & at this point I knew it was a scam & I hung up .
