Call from Asian sounding woman, said she was from BT and my internet connection would be shut down in an hour for 10 days. I asked why that was, she said it was due to numerous faults being sent to BT from my router. As I was asking my next question, she rang off, and I was very pleasent and did not swear. I wonder if she had realised I was on Virgin cable? This is a scam.

0151 345 1729 0203 538 2602 01827 768031 and others. Usually ignore, they never leave message. Answered one, asked for someone I d never heard of. Told them not to call again, btu I m not hopeful! Why is Vanquis allowed to harrass people like this? And why are they still in business? Morons!

You must block this number. Add it as a contact and then block. Keeps trying. They are also doing something sneaky....they call the number to see if its being answered. Then if it is, your number is sold onto another marketing agency. I realised when I answered another similar call, suddenly 5 other companies rang me the same day one after the other.
Fed up of these calls, person they are asking for does not live here, hopefully this time our number will be removed

SCAM Claims to be from BT calling about internet problems that I do not have. This is a number from a block operated by Virgin Media so why would BT be using it? BEWARE!
Fraud - Claiming to be from Sky, saying that my router is sending alerts to their server to investigate. I asked them to prove that it was from Sky and they hung up.
