SPAM Asian sounding female operator: "I am calling because of your recent [motor vehicle] accident." (I have had no accident.)
This number range is allocated to Core Telecom we allocate numbers responsibly within the ofcom regulations. The call to cost this number is 30p per call. Mobile networks may charge higher but that is not within our control. The number is not text enabled so therefore there should be no charge for texting. We will investigate the use of the number and if it is found to being used outside of the specified use we will disconnect the number. We have suspended this number while we investigate. Thanks

Call was silent but when I tried to call it gave a message saying this company does not do outbound calling so if you ve had a call it s probably being misused so report it to the information commissioners office ...so I just did"! They a e investigating it and I got sky to block the number from calling again!

Received Email this morning threatening debt collection procedure if I do not pay for computer software services. The sender was from accounts@cistechno.com and signed, dispute manager, MR David Morgan.

These people are debt collectors working on behalf (in this case) Scottish power. Who seem too keen to pass my details to these low life forms since they estimated my energy bill months after I left the property debt free . My advice ...block the number on your mobile, if you have a land line you deserve the harassment cos land lines are just for old people or stupid people.
This is CashPlus APSAFS and their credit card department They do occasionally hang up upon answering which is annoying
