Scum of the earth ppi rubbish.
Answered and there was silence, got hung up on a second later. Suspect this is some kind of telemarketting ploy to see which numbers are active. They also called me with another similar number ending in 1480.
Supposedly from the telephone personal preference service asking if I was receiving nuisance calls!

thief automated message left on answering machine claiming unauthorised international debit which is to be cancelled by pressing 1 if only I could opt out of premium rate calls -if enough of us do this, the scammers would lose out
