as per previous comments. Female Indian origin voice claimed to be calling from Microsoft and that they would have to stop my computer as it was being used for illegal activities. I told her I did not have a computer she said someone had registered a computer at my address with my name . I said go ahead an block it then. She ended the call.

Called me and pretended to be a department in EE, then could not tell me any of my details, clever words, do not trust
Blacks Brokers appear to have changed tack and are now calling themselves Business Match UK - they asked if (name) still owned the business and then, can I have a quick chat, when I asked what it was about they hung up. Most annoying!
This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS.
