Same here but first called from 01429713005 Called from this number later after they spoke about the wrong code for the area.
SCAM / SPAM Automated voice claiming to be HMRC. States you owe TAX and if you don't pay an arrest warrant will be issued.

Had at least 3-4 calls from this Manchester number, nobody speaks so I hang up... Must be a scam!
Called from this number about a purported accident I had 2 years ago. No such accident, sounds like marketing or claims recovery. Knew my name and phoned my mobile number.
