Claimed to be from "3". I said he wasn't, he said he was and offered a great deal on phones. Asian accented male. Telephone Preference Service request not complied with. Undoubtedly a scam
SCAM - say they are O2 and you can get 40% off your bill. They send 2 texts but these are genuinely from O2 and are triggered because they are trying to log into your account online as they speak to you.
Lies about needing to speak to someone, in fact it's an annoying sales call from some R+D tax credit stuff. Avoid.
