fellow talking about monitored home security.I said I was on TPS list and would report this unsolicited call to telecoms regulator if recurred. He said was a database problem. After call ended phone rang again- silent call - 1471 indicates 01642697970!!!. Certainly silly, possibly criminal

I keep getting calls from Beneficial every day they use different numbers from the Cardiff area. I think Ofgem should shut them down
