I bought a washing machine and the service and delivery were great. But within a couple of hours the phone calls started. I just ignore them. It s sad that a company that gives such good service should use these tactics and blemish it s reputation.

I m on the TPS list so these calls are breaking trading rules

01268297675 - when you call this number back it says that their office is closed (at all times during the week!) I have blacklisted the number due to my severe & enduring mental health condition as 5he only reason for doing this so frequently with no callback is to upset people. I am aware that I have incurred arrears but I have time to pay via the dates on my 9nline account. The caller should be prosecuted both civilly & criminally under the Telecommunications Act!

Call three times today first two silence last just dropped the call

A woman called me today from the Ministry of Justice and said that i was owed thousands of pounds from Barclays bank. She gave me this number to ring and was very forceful that i contact this number to claim my money. She also asked me to provide my bank details for a credit transfer. Do not call this number as it is a scam.

How can these tw%ts obtain & use my ex directory/TPS registered details?! When never have or will do any business on phone or by e mail?! These have pestered us numerous times-same no.different guises-well well dodgy! Yet cheeky g*ts have a BT 1471 call minder facility if you call back-saying their busy!
