US Accented automated message purporting to be from HMRC accusing me of Tax Fraud and if didn t press 1 on keypad to speak to adviser, warrant would be issued for my arrest. H.M. Revenue & Customs have been notified of this scam.

I blocked this and a similar number to landline today. Claimed that bt internet contract ends tomorrow. I do not have any bt contract! it was a voicemail from someone calling themselves Jason and asked to choose option 1 - which was no doubt to con you out of cash. They tried again with a similar number about an hour or so later. Blocked that too.

SCAM Number called my mobile, Computer message saying I have purchased a moblie phone from Amazon, if I haven't made such a purchase then to press 1, which presumably takes me on to a Premium Line. Worrying bit is, this number is very close to mine.
