01332335233. called me this morning saying he was from the tax office and I had committed fraud, and if I didn't press 1 I would be arrested. This is a new one on me. I hope the elderly, like myself, do not fall for it.

rang HSBC about calls from various 0800 and 0845 numbers. told that they are genuine HSBC numbers. suprisingly, there is no record of official calls being made to my phone, nor any reason why I should need to be contacted. probably a phishing scam...
Called us several times we eventually answered as local no but all the wanted was for us to update our boiler. Promised not to call again but did until we blocked the number

SCAM This number called me with a message telling me that their was suspicious activity on my Amazon account and to press 1 or 2 to speak to an advisor. I strongly do not believe this was the case!!
