As mentioned above, I can confirm this number is genuinely from HP Support who confirming a engineer call-out appointment. Polite caller.
Belongs to Alphatalk. I didn't answer and it's now disconnected so 'probably' spam.

This number keeps calling even at stupid o'clock! Never answer it.
