Said they were from Amazon. Asian lady i think. Think it was a scam, why should they phone and not email. The info they had about me was wrong. Hung up.

This number claims to be a debt collection company called Oriel, they have tried to take money for a BT bill that doesn t exist.

SCAM Either someone trying to coerce you into investing money in shares along side an 'expert' trader, or some idiot from India claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse, claiming you are entitled to a new phone...... All they want is your fredit card details. This number changes slightly, so could have one or two digits difference, but the location is always the same, central London, boiler room scam, 100%
TAXES / HMRC
SCAM: they will tell you HMRC is filing a lawsuit against you, and to press one to speak to a caseworker to make a payment. We can confirm this is a scam and you should end the call immediately. This scam has been widely reported and often targets elderly and vulnerable people
