It starts with a pop-up message on computer, supposedly from Microsoft... with a voice message that repeats over and over saying that your credit card details, bank details and logins are being downloaded to an unknown IP address and you should call this "toll free" number within 5 minutes or they will disable your computer to prevent further damage to their network and they will then send a report to the appropriate authorities to raise a complaint against your IP
