called with recorded message saying they were from BT and that my internet connection would be disconnected due to hacking activity being detected. Then asked me to press 1 to talk to someone but then disconnected.
Just another scam suggesting the call was from BT and that it was about my internet connection. Asian voice - mobile phone number!

Guy sounded foreign accent trying to sound like public school educated! Wanted to speak to boss of company and regaled off the trading name. Said he was from department of education. I really don t think this department has funds for cold calling!
