Received text “Hey, long time no see, what have you been up to?” Likely some sort of scam, replying to them doesn't cost anything, however their way of speaking seems to be non-English native.

Recorded message, american accent, robotic voice claiming that a letter sent to me by HMRC had been returned and I would now face legal action. Hung up and blocked the number.
