Gentleman from TPS re "nuisance calls you are receiving". Told him I wasn t receiving any calls and asked where he had obtained that information. His response was "Shut your mouth" followed by a further indecipherable comment before hanging up. I ll try not to be so pleasant should they ring again.

I called the help line 0800 085 095, of Santander my mortgage provider from my landline to make enquiries about the final payment of my mortgage.
