Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

got automated voice telling me of £300 amazon charge and £1100 overseas transaction - from 'bank security? Pressed 2 to 'speak' to the bank (to give them a taste of their own medicine)., and just a random guy picks up the phone - think i got him out of his bed??? Strange! Google thinks this is a hairdressers?
SCAM - Claims to be from the National Crime Agency investigating a crime linked to your phone number. Want to interview you before blocking your social security number. I didn't allow the conversation to continue but I imagine they will want the payment of a fine to stop the impending action.
Spam - multiple silent calls
recieved a phonecall on my break at work so with it being a mobile number i answered as my daughter is in nursery. he explained that he was calling today to discuss my credit, when i explained i was at work and i needed to go back i was asked why i answered the call. so i politely stated i thought it might be to do with my daughter and i was swiftly told to F.off then the line went dead!
