Ive also been a victim of the sapphire membership scam.i cancelled the membership by email but received no confirmation so I called them before the billing date and they said its cancelled.the next thing I see they have taken 79.99 already 3 days earlier.i called my bank and cancelled my debit card they said they would return my money and thankfully did.i cant belive how many people have been affected by this. I ll do evry thing I can to get them caught.these people deserve to be arrested and locked up.

Told I had to go because I was visiting a client (I really was). Then said "yeah, strange how you ve got to go when you know you re wrong". Told him politely where to go. LOSER.
