Something about PPI by what I could gather. A very poor line. Sounded like the person was driving at the same time judging by what appeared to be traffic noise all around!

Calls from this number profess to be a microsft service and support headquarters call because you have a problem with your PC which they will help you with. They get into your PC and then convince you that you need new protection and then sell you fake licence numbered AVG programme for AVG prices. Total scam - don t get drawn in like I did.
