Picked up phone but nobody on line then line went dead - suspect spam call

Usual ambulance chasing call informing me of some "government initiative" that he could help me with a historic pension that they knew nothing about. Seems that the cash for crash has evolved!

Got a phonecall on this number. . 
nAsked if I d renew my policy with Domestic and General.
nI said No. 
nThen he asked if he could reduce the payments (owing to Corona)

I keep getting calls despite even written requests to be removed from the marketing database. Today I got a very abusive representitive who straight up refused to remove me from the list and told me that even though I m recording the call it s useless because I didn t tell him so at the start of the conversation, which isn t true as that is only the case for criminal evidence gathering, not for civil evidence gathering. Thoroughly disreputable company with terrible marketing methods.

Number has called me several times. Doesn't leave a message, as autodiallers cut off immediately when they detect an answerphone, so obvious cold call/scam. Call originates...

Called 20 times so far this week {today is Thursday} they also use another number 01513758909 as I do not know them and they do not leave message have blocked the numbers
