Took out a policy, been waiting 6 days for an engineer so far and just get the runaround from "customer services". Fraudsters.
Look i have been getting calls from this number and have been looking it up on the net. here it is http://www.uclaim4me.co.uk/ they lodge claims for you. Maybe it works for others but i dont need their service

Annoying people...I've just been undated with these time wasters. What I do is to not say anything then they put the phone down.
Royal mail scam. They claimed to have tried to deliver a parcel on 11th June but I owed £1.99 postage. According to the tracker, my parcel was still en route from USA and was in Illinois. It didn't arrive in UK until 12th.
