Fraud. Called shortly after 12 noon on 6 December to report suspicious activity on my Amazon Account. I do not have an Amazon Account.
Texts saying a new payee added to bank account and to click link if it’s not you. I have confirmed this is indeed a fraudulent message
Started with "Can you hear me OK" I ask "Who is this?" "I am phoning for a company supplying hand sanitiser ... " (or something similar like that) I hung up as he (male, english accent) probably wanted me to say yes to the first question. Did not phone back.
