indian or Pakistani woman called asking to speak to a different name to mine and she had the wrong address, obviously had the correct phone number. I said I was the man she said and the address was correct but told her a different telephone number. I could hardly understand what she was saying so I put the phone down, she phoned straight back. that was the third time that day and about 10 times this week. very annoying, wouldn t be so bad if she could speak English clearly and properly.
I keep getting cold calls from this number, but it rings for only about 3 seconds so I have not had time to clarify who is calling or tell them to take me off their data base. ...

Asked if he could speak to me ( not put my name ) l just said No very dubious about committing myself over the phone.
Said I was being investigated for fraud from tax and insurance and to press 1 to sort it out or I would be arrested I duly hung up
Fake number so definitely a scam.
