Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Had a call for my wife on my mobile. Said she wasn t available and asked who was calling. Identified themselves as Reactive and said it was about a refund - presumably PPI.

Has phoned everyday since last Thursday, tryed to ring back back to see who it was and didn't connect.

Courtesy call to inform us of a problem with the water supply, and a further call to advise that the problem was resolved. Hadn’t even contacted them!

Just no, sweet talked into the card (petrol voucher purposes, so not worth it) cancelled in the allotted time, sent the card back and everything with a nice letter, this was 2 months ago. Just had my banks fraud department call to say they are trying to take money from my account (VoL didnt respond to my quitting email or letter btw) so I have had to cancel my bank card and am waiting for a new one. Do not trust them, it really isnt worth it.
