SCAM answered a call and it stated in an automated American accent, that there was some problem between me and HMRC and that i have been fined. I was instructed to press a number to get through to HMRC to pay the fine. I quickly hung up. Fraud
Called me and said they are from HMRC contacting me regarding tax fraud and tax evasion I have committed and said that if I wont listen to what they have to tell me, arrest order will be issued within the next hour. I asked what exactly I have committed but got no answer and then I said I am pretty sure they are not from HRMC and asked to confirm my NI number.
