Had a call from number 02083026666 this is a voice recording from VISA saying they are checking a £600 transaction made on my card. i believe this is a scam to get your details.

Incomplete number so definitely a scam. Ignore it as you probably can't block it.

They verified my details, knew my name and every handset/plan I already had, and after a brief chat, concluded that I didnt need anything. I get these kind of calls 1-2 a year. They are a telesales company likely working with EE. There is a lot of negative comments, but this is the way the capitalist world you live in works. Accept you will get these calls, people trying to sell your something.

Didn’t answer phone , was out all day so checked to see if I’d missed any, not the first time I’ve had a call if it’s someone saying their BT & turning off phone, not with them anyway, but the first time it was an automated message, just put phone down, annoying more than anything
