SCAM! Just called m and was doing the amazon prime renewal scam.
Only caught the last end of a recorded message. Posh British accent: .....if you need this transaction press 1 otherwise press 2 to get in touch with our investigation department. we may decline your card until we get a response. Suspect a scam.

Called me cold enquiring speculatively enquiring about an alleged accident. They told me they had been sent the report regarding it and then asked me what date it was. When i told them they should know if they had any report they rather rudely and abruptly hanged up. Rude, intrusive, unprofessional and blocked.
