0845 603 1755 is genuine. I was very suspicious of the call (and the text message sent to my mobile) so immediately hung up & checked my account online. Sure enough, a pending debit card payment of ?30 to "O2 PrePay Slough" definitely not authorised by me as I m not (and never have been) an O2 customer.
