They have rung a few times, and I've only just rang them back. When they answered, I got as far as claims and hung up, and then blocked the number. I know the people who call are only doing a job, so it's not their fault, it's the scummy companies that are at fault here.
Please note - DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK. When you call this number back, the number is being diverted to another company who is not involved in any way. We look after the phones for this company who is based in Burton upon Trent. This company has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL CALL YOU RECIEVED. I am a telephone engineer and I am currently looking into this issue. This company has call logging software and ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT CALLING YOU.

Some have said possibly 02 call centre - would have thought they would have a bit of respect at this time, especially on a weekend. I have had two calls 8th & 10th Sept. - Advice is to never answer calls unless number known to yourselves.
