SCAM MESSAGE Sent from +447983886760. Appears to originate from Whalley. Message says it's from the Pist Offuce saying your package has a £1.99 shipping fee and gives a link. Don't click or it will cost you money and more importantly your details. If you recognise this number or receive a text from this number, Report to the police immediately.

Recieved call at 6:20am some foreign guy when I said about calling so early he said something in a foreign and then went off
This number appears on caller display when I am called by the local Voluntary Single Access Point with referrals to a group I run. The VSPA is based at a local hospital in Clay Cross and, although they have their own number, the generic NHS number always appears on caller display.
Got called by this number on 10/11/2016 (08.00hrs)- answerphone cut-in but no message left. I think these scammers are leaving telephone numbers which may appear 'local...
SCAMMER guy called himself Brian. He work for Invexeo which is a european fraud trading company.
