Why can t OFCOM do something about these types of call - suggesting I have been involved in an RTA s - surely OFCOM could remove the so called company s telephone number! Supposedly from Sigma Advice Company - Joshua Simons - they ring me monthly from a different number so WTF is OFCOM for?

Keep phoning up asking for someone unknown. A recorded message asking us to press 1 in a sarcastic way. I m sure these idiots pass our details amongst themselves. Spoken to someone on the line & they want to know who you are etc. I have reported them to TPS, OFCOM, Which, and the antifraud.
A call centre, many calls could be heard o the background. But "we are not trying to sell you anything"..."are you in charge of the household, sir?" I ended the call after that question.

blank calls at 1000hrs, 1500hrs and 1800hrs in UK full number given by 1471 as 001 0845 519 4061. This has continued for at least a week.
