Hung up as soon as i answered. Threat as scam, looks like only live in past 24 hours & coming up as both uk & india online. Hundreds of people being called in uk in last 24 hours, as recorded on other search sites.
Unless you have any connections in the Shetland Islands, ignore it and block it if you can.
