They will call you and claim there is a problem with your internet. When asked they are unable to confirm the name of your provider and will suddenly say Sky. When challenged they said I was a F------ Liar and procedd to hang up.

This a number scammers give you to call for bank fraud. It's a call to another scammer who will then proceed to try to rob you by getting you to buy gift cards for them, they will "open a secure account" fur you and get you to transfer big money into it, or send cash wrapped in foil to some random address to "secure your bank" there's no one you can report this to as its a spoofed number. Don't give them any real info, use a false name and DOB and they will say its correct for the acco

UPDATE FROM CHEAP WEB DESIGN: Unfortunately we continue to be hounded by scammers which is resulting in thousands of people calling us back to see why they were called (we're only a team of 8 so have had to disable our phones and put a pre-recorded message).
