They phoned twice Fri 10/10/14. First call I answered but the line was dead i.e. Silent call. Second time I ignored in then 1471 said it was 01702 318818. Like "fed up" below when I rang it was a short message saying they were Independent Market Research then the call was cut off. Complained to FCO but they say there is nothing they can do at the moment.

Brian from BT Openreach (with an Indian accent). Told me that my router was sending a problem message and they would need to do some work on the line today. I told him that the router was working perfectly and asked why he was calling me when I wasn't even with BT, at which point he said "get lost ma'am.
