Claimed I had had an accident in the last 3 years-I haven t. Agreed:Accident claim outfit using Nationwide Building Society s name to add authenticity. Refused to give further details, refused to transfer me to manager just kept repeating the same script, despite me asking him not to hang up he did, shame really I have bene known to put idiots like this on hold for 25 mins with annoying music on! Calling back - recorded message out of service Lucky I can block the number!
