I receive a calls from 08456190359, it rings once or twice and then rings off. I think if I call them it may cost me money, so I will never call 08456190359 in case they are dishonest creatures, and if they are I am therefore hoping that they will die in agony sometime soon.

Scammer pretending to be from BT. Said hackers were active on my BT account and wanted all kinds of information about my broadband and devices. I'm not with BT so refused and he threatened to disconnect my service if I didn't comply... Absolute scum - beware!
