Caller informed me I had overpaid on my house contents policy. Then went on to demonstrate he had no idea what I paid / how I paid it / or who to. Told him to go away and put the phone down.

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.
