said they were a company called red star offering to help with a credit card refund I had never had. also asked if I had a package bank account
Automated message stating that foreign transactions had appeared on my bank card but did not state which bank or confirm my name or details. Went on to ask me to press '2' to cancel the transactions, so I hung up and checked the phone number out. It is unobtainable and has no ratings with you so I wrote this one. Take care. Definitely not a bank!

I went onto GoCompare, MoneySupermarket and CompareTheMarket websites yesterday for insurance quotes and had to declare a fire claim on the online data entry.
