SCAM Caller claimed to be from EON Next - very poor line, started to claim that they were calling regarding an issue with our post code and wanted meter details. I refused as I'd had another similar call from different number last week - which had all the hallmarks of a scam, so I hung up then and called EON Next back to verify what was going on. They had no record of any calls being made by EON Next to my company either in reference to our post code or our meter numbers. TOTAL SCAM - HANG UP !

I got a text from this number pretending to have a verification number for Microsoft. I refreshed the website and got Microsoft to send me another a verification number. When Microsoft text you, it will say MICROSOFT. If a mobile number comes up, DO NOT USE THAT CODE.

Claiming to be from Visa Mastercard fraud team about two transactions of £700. I hung up at this point

Fraud Suspect? received call at 10:15 am 15/5/23. checking on 2 Card transactions which may be fraud. This number I did not recognised as pertaining to my own banker numbers. I hung up phone.

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! Indian scammers again! Robo message "Bank Security regarding 2 charges this morning, one to Amazon for 800 and one to an overseas transfer for 1100..." Pressing 2 got an indian man who got really shitty with mew and hung up when he said "Thankl you for calling..." and I told him he had called me.

SCAM - the caller called my private mobile number and asked for someone else. When I responded that I did not know the person asked for, the caller wanted me to give my name, address, date of birth, marriage status so that he could "verify that I was not the person he was demanding to speak to". When I refused he bEcame very aggressive and stated that this was a legal requirement and I could be prosecuted. FRAUDULENT SCAMMER - AVOID THIS CALLER

the man asked if I have mould in the house and if there were any other issues. I said no, then he said ' l love you, do you love me?' so I hung up and he called again! He said, why did you hang up? So then I blocked the number.

Banking scam. Fake recorded message saying unusual transactions have occured on your account and to press 1 or 2 to speak to an adviser. A bit of a stupid scam, because you simply check your banking app on the spot and see there's no pending transactions!
