Claimed to be calling from O2, Indian call centre. Offering a 40% discount off my next bill, but could not tell me the name of the account holder. Hung up when I asked who he wanted to speak to. Said he'd send 2 text messages for me to activate the discount!!!!! Why if he was from O2, and I was with O2 he'd have my details and could active the discount automatically. Block this number.
this number rang me several times, but i didn't pick up and they never leave a message. I think they are spam. anyone else receiving calls?

Why would a scaffold company in Rotherham be cold calling both my wife and I on our different mobile phones on the south coast ? Repeated calls over days so I rang the number from our landline. It rang but immediately switched to a different ringtone and obviously triggered a different number which might have proved unnecessary and costly. I do not trust this number and would advise people to be cautious. It isn t a scaffold company but I feel it is a front for another company.

Foreign lady asked for me by my Christian name. When asked to repeat name hung up.
very aggressive and rude when person they wanted to speak to unavailable. Said they had spoken to him before (untrue). Young adult at home at the time answered phone and was asked for detailed information about person they wanted to speak to. Fortunately another adult nearby took over call. Upsetting and intrusive.
